Carlos Ortega spices up Learn Handball

We are so lucky that the successful coach Carlos Ortega, (Spain, Veszprém, Hannover etc.) has shown how they learn handball in Spain. Spanish handball players are known for their good rating game, and their abilities to make the right choice under maximum pressure. Learn Handball thanks Carlos for an extremely exciting day in the hall, where the undersigned learned a lot of new things.

The exercises are now available in the age groups 11-12 years, 13-14 years and 15-16 years. You can find them by searching Carlos Ortega in the search bar inside the library. In the weeks ahead, the exercises will also be implemented into the training plans.
